Returns + Exchanges


RETURN POLICY

You have 20 days from your order date to make an exchange or return. Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with all Verdúu packaging pristine and intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at client's cost. Your shipment will include a printed invoice and information for return. A return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt, and refunds will be made to the same card as used for purchase.

Verdúu is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

 

EU AND US RETURN PROCESS

If you were to be unsatisfied with your Verdúu purchase, please follow the procedure below:

1. Simply email us and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.

For orders in the EU, email us at eucustomercare@verduu.com .
For US orders, email us at uscustomercare@verduu.com.

Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.

2. Verdúu does not offer compensation for the return fee.

3. Package your return item in Verdúu packaging inside in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.

It takes up to 10 business days to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care.

All special orders are non-refundable.
